This course is designed to relieve stress and explore wellness in fresh and creative ways! This series will include Kundalini Yoga and meditation as well as special guest instructors and various topics, including Somatic Movement with Jamie Klausing, and a few other surprises! Strengthen yourself in community with other conscious women. Journaling, small group work and creative arts expression are also included. All levels welcome. Pre-registered only.
