Shake off the winter doldrums and prepare to welcome spring! We’ll practice heart-warming yoga sets to spark creativity and draw inspiration from various sources: the rhythms of nature, meditation, visualization, and community connection. We'll practice Kundalini yoga and breath-work for spring revitalizing; journaling, small group work and creative expression are also included. Make space to nurture yourself. All levels welcome! Pre-registered only.

Shabad Kaur Khalsa, LCPC, LMFT, E-RYT 500, YACEP is the co-director of Spirit Rising Yoga, lead Teacher Trainer and psychotherapist. Shabad Kaur's direct, devoted service and practice, results in her insightful transmission of yogic teachings especially for women. As she shares her love for the teachings and creates a cozy, safe and nurturing place, she is a powerful Kundalini Yoga Teacher who will also bring out your "Keep Up!"
