Spring is a great time to cleanse, clear and create! Release negativity and shake off the sluggishness of the pandemic quarantine. Learn some ayurvedic lifestyle tips for Spring, renew youthful energy and strengthen yourself through Kundalini yoga and meditation, in connection with other conscious women. Journaling, small group work and creative arts expression are also included. All levels welcome. Pre-registered only.
