Explore your relationship with the full range of emotions including fear, anger, and joy, and honor the vitality of their healthy expression. This series incorporates the best of Kundalini yoga teachings towards achieving emotional balance and resilience, and increasing a conscious connection to the present moment. Journaling, small group work and creative expression are also included. All levels welcome. Pre-registered only.
