Chair Yoga - Sitting With Spirit

Sharing in words what your class has meant for me will be quite difficult.
As a teacher, Instructor, you are the best. I have taken many traditional Yoga classes; your class is the number one for me.
Now, hopefully to put meaning to what has been a positive for me. First feeling a part of a welcome community. The rhythm of the class, never in a rush to the next movement.
Being able to better understand the body, mind, and spirit connection. How the body follows the mind and the mind follows the breath.
Not sure if I will be able to explain this, however, my spirit knows. Meditation: is helping me come to the stillness, the focus on the moment. What is happening now. The physical exercises are wonderful. I have learned how to lower the blood pressure, calm my racing heart, and many techniques to help the body function more efficiently. Unable to put it writing. (I have Notes)
