How do we stay present in the face of personal stress factors as well as chaotic global events? Many people cope by distracting themselves or seeking short-term comfort in habits that do not always serve their highest selves. In this series we'll explore our relationship with the present moment as well as strengthening our awareness, presence and projection, all the while supporting optimal physical and psychological health. Featuring yoga and meditation, creative expression, journaling and small group work.
