Cancellation Policy

Midwest Women’s Wellness Retreat

If it is necessary to cancel a registration for the retreat, please provide as much advance notice as possible so that Spirit Rising can offer the available space to another participant. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another retreat.

If a request for cancellation is received sixty (60) or more days prior to the start date of a retreat, a refund of the retreat cost minus a $100 administrative fee will be issued.

If a cancellation request is received between sixty (60) days and thirty (30) days prior to the start of a retreat, 50% of the program cost will be refunded.

If a cancellation request is received less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of a retreat, none of the retreat cost will be refunded.

Before cancelling, we ask that you consider donating your registration to sponsor another woman that you know, or someone in our yoga community who may not be able to attend due to financial circumstances. Pay it forward!

No refund will be given if a participant leaves early or arrives late. Out of consideration for others on the waiting list, please make a commitment to attend the entire retreat. 

Spirit Rising Foundation reserves the right to cancel this event or the registration of any and all participants for any reason without the guarantee of a refund. However, should such circumstances arise we will provide, to the best of our ability, refunds to eligible registrants.
