How to do it:
You want to do the mantra on one breath.
Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose.
Stretch your arms out straight in front of the Heart Charka,
parallel to the ground,
palms together,
then open your palms so they face out and
only the wrists are touching
Do it for 11 minutes every day.
