Transliteration - Ek Ackhari Chand from Jaap Sahib, also spelled Ayk Achree Chand and Ik Acharee Chand.

Transliteration and Translation (from Psyche of the Soul) It is used in Kundalini Yoga

Ayk Achree Chand from Jaap Sahib Given by the first Sikh Master, Guru Nanak. This Bani control's one's "Ji," one's soul. When your Ji, your being, is endangered, when the radiance of your soul is weak, recite Japji. Guru Nanak said that reciting Japji Sahib would liberate the humanity from the cycles of birth and death.

Translation: There is One Creator who has created this Creation. Truth is His name. Ecstatic beyond words is his wisdom and guidance.

Laya form of Adi Shakti mantra

The Buddhi Mind gives discernment about what is real and from your own essence. Gives you intuition to see through time-too strong and you leap into good work or push as good thing at the wrong time or you become preachy and pushy, impatience lead to poor judgement, nor see the full impact of your actions since you are convinced they are positive. Chant will bring your soul and destiny present. It will suspend you above conflicts attracted by success and the activity of the Positive mind.

Translated:

There is one God who created this creation. This is revealed by the grace of the True Guru. The mantra is for self-esteem and self-confidence. It can stop anything negative and removes all obstacles

The mantra contains the essence of the entire Siri Guru Granth Sahib and brings Siri Guru Granth Sahib to reside in one's heart.

Nothing matches its power. There is nothing equal to it! Yogiji referred to the mantra as the "Eyes of Indra", saying that the body is a temple through which one experiences the Infinite--all knowledge and bliss flow through you.

Translated:

Sustainer, Liberator, Enlightener, Infinite, Destroyer, Creator, Nameless, Desireless

Translation: These are the eight attributes of God. It can eliminate karmic blocks, and clears the subconscious, as well as giving compassion and patience.

You fail to see your own contribution to the situation and react quickly but without detailed assessment for long term implications. You will also be very self critical about your performance works on subconscious blocks, especially around issue of fear

It is the Guru Gaitri Mantra which means "Sustainer, liberator, enlightener, infinite, destroyer, creator, nameless, desireless". It brings stability to the hemispheres of the brain and works on the Heart Center to develop compassion, patience and tolerance, uniting one with the Infinite.

God and Me,

Translation: Eight part mantra in English to connect with God.

GURU GURU WAHE GURU

Guroo Guroo Wahay Guroo,
Guroo Raam Daas Guroo

Translation: Guru - teacher or guide that brings on from the darkness to the light,

Wahe - exclamation of ecstacy like ''WOW GOD!''

Ram Das - The fourth Sikh Guru who inspired Yogi Bhajan to come to the west and teach Kundalini Yoga. This was a personal mantra Yogi Bhajan received after doing seva or service at the Golden Temple. By chanting this mantra, you call upon the guidance and protection of Guru Ram Das.
